Trip to Clondalkin library and Easter fun

We visited Clondalkin library and the lady who worked there told us all about the work she does in the library. She read us two stories and we had a chance to have a look at the books in the library. The library is free to join and Clondalkin library has a lovely separate children's area.

We made Easter bunny masks. We used clay for the first time and made clay baskets. We painted them in Easter colours. Teacher filled our baskets with Easter treats. We also did Easter Bunny art inspired by the artist Pablo Picasso. Didn't we do a wonderful job :)

We were learning about people who help us and we had fun with the Doctor's surgery in our role play area. Conor's Mammy Helen is a nurse in Blanchardstown hospital. She came to visit us one afternoon to tell us about the work she does in the hospital.Thank you Helen.
